NCLT has ordered insolvency proceedings against ex-Videocon Chairman Venugopal Dhoot after he failed to repay β‚Ή6,157.57-crore loans, as a personal guarantor of two group companies. I-PAC involved in money laundering of up to β‚Ή50 crore: ED

A Times Now report said, Enforcement Directorate (ED) searches revealed multiple instances of financial irregularities linked to political consultancy firm I-PAC. ED recovered receipts of unsecured loans, bogus bills and invoices, third-party funds, and cash movement through hawala channels.
