No new petrol 2-wheeler can be registered in Delhi from 2028: EV draft policy

Under its EV draft policy, the Delhi government has proposed an incentive of ₹10,000/kWh (maximum ₹30,000) to buy electric two-wheelers under ₹2.25 lakh in the first year after the policy's notification.
