TCS sees 23,000 drop in headcount in FY26, spends ₹1,260 crore on restructuring

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) ended FY26 with a workforce of 5,84,519, down 23,460 from the previous financial year. The IT major reported ₹1,388 crore in restructuring expenses, according to its filings.
