Spain's Supreme Court ruled that a man kissing a woman's hand without her consent can constitute sexual assault. The judgment came in a 2023 case wherein a man approached a woman at bus stop and kissed her hand. It found the encounter had exceeded mere harassment, stating that there had been "a clear sexual component because he kissed [her hand]."

400 LPG cylinders found hidden in graveyard amid LPG supply issues

Delhi Metro services to begin at 3 am on April 5
