2 Indians injured after missile interception debris falls on houses in Dubai

Two Indian nationals were among four people injured after debris from an air defence missile interception fell on residential buildings in Dubaiโ€™s Al Badaa on Tuesday. The others injured were a Bangladeshi and a Sri Lankan national. According to official statements, all four sustained minor injuries. Eight Indian nationals have died in the war.

Oracle has begun laying off employees globally, including in India. Multiple reports suggest that the company is laying off between 20,000 and 30,000 employees, roughly 18% of its global workforce. Oracle employees on several social media platforms, including Blind, on Tuesday said that many of their coworkers were reportedly locked out of systems and received termination emails around 6 am.

American journalist Shelly Kittleson has been kidnapped in central Baghdad, with Iraqโ€™s Ministry of Interior confirming the incident in an official statement. LPG tanker BW TYR, which transited Hormuz, arrives in Mumbai

Indian-flagged LPG carrier BW TYR reached Mumbai after transiting Strait of Hormuz amid Middle East war. It is among the two LPG carriers that departed from Dubai's Ras Al Khaimah region last Friday. Jet fuel prices more than double overnight in Delhi, commercial LPG gets costlier

The prices of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) have more than doubled overnight as they saw an over 114% increase in Delhi, rising from โ‚น96,638.14/kl to โ‚น2,07,341.22/kl. This is the first time ATF prices crossed the โ‚น2-lakh mark. Additionally, the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder was also hiked by โ‚น195.5 to โ‚น2,078.5 in Delhi amid an LPG supply crisis.
