Sabarinathan touched Vijay’s feet, and both he and his father were seen in tears after the announcement. He has been named the party’s candidate for the Virugambakkam MLA seat. Skies in Western Australia turned blood red due to Cyclone Narelle. As cyclone approached, strong winds lifted iron oxide-rich red soil particles and moisture into air. When sunlight passed through this dense layer, shorter wavelengths like blue were scattered, allowing longer wavelengths like red and orange to dominate. Intensity of red colour increased with higher amount of dust in atmosphere.

Pakistan hikes jet fuel prices for 5th time in 28 days: Report

Pakistan's government on Saturday increased jet fuel price for commercial passenger aircraft for the fifth time in 28 days due to oil crisis triggered by West Asia war, The Express Tribune reported. The price increased by PKR 5 per litre, taking the new price to PKR 476.97 per litre. Since March 1, price has surged by PKR 288 per litre.

IDF apologises after soldiers 'choke' CNN cameraman, hold crew at gunpoint
