US Marines told their 'readiness will be assumed, not questioned' amid possible Iran invasion

In a letter, US Marine Corps Reserve Commander Lt Gen Leonard F Anderson IV warned the officers to be ready amid possibility of a ground invasion in Iran. "Are your family's affairs in order? When the call comes, readiness will be assumed, not questioned," the letter read. On Saturday, 3,500 US Marines aboard USS Tripoli arrived in the Middle East.

Israeli forces killed three Lebanese journalists in southern Lebanon on Saturday.
