North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's Workers' Party of Korea and allied groups got 99.93% of votes in latest parliamentary election. There were no opposition candidates. In each constituency, voters were given just one pre-approved candidate to either accept or reject. This means remaining 0.07% didn't go to rival party or leader. Instead, it represents voters who chose to vote 'no'.

Canada deports 2 Indian criminals

Canada has deported two Indian nationals who were involved in a series of criminal cases, including drug trafficking, arson, shootings, extortion, and auto thefts. Identifying them as Arshdeep Singh and Sukhnaaz Singh Sandhu, Canada Border Services Agency on Thursday posted, "We remove foreign nationals who threaten public safety."
