The Uttar Pradesh Police arrested seven people for stealing a truck carrying 389 filled and 135 empty cylinders and selling some of them on the black market. The parked truck, stolen from outside Bharat Petroleum's Karari plant in Jhansi, was later found abandoned nearby with the cylinders missing. The police recovered all 524 cylinders and nearly ₹12 lakh in cash.
