Trump announces extra 10% tariff on all countries, over and above existing tariffs

US President Donald Trump announced that his country will now start charging 10% additional tariffs on countries after the US Supreme Court said he couldn't use IEEPA to impose reciprocal and fentanyl tariffs. He also clarified that all existing US tariffs remain in "full force and effect". The court's decision will increase the US' income from tariffs, he added.

According to a Stanford study, brain scans of children who have a maths learning disability showed less neural activity in the middle frontal gyrus, which sustains and directs attention. Less activity was also found in their anterior cingulate cortex, which helps in detecting mistakes. Children who struggle with maths show specific difficulties with symbolic numbers, co-author Hyesang Chang said.
