India is the world's third-most AI competitive country in the world, with a score of 21.59, according to Stanford University's 2024 Global AI Vibrancy Index. The top spot was taken by US with 78.6 score, followed by China at 36.95. It also noted that India's rapid progress was backed by a strong tech ecosystem, investments and growing pool of talent.
