Oyo parent company Prism has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 20. The meeting aims to seek shareholder approval for raising nearly ₹6,650 crore through a fresh issue of shares as part of its proposed initial public offering (IPO). Notably, this will be Oyo's third attempt for an IPO, after it filed draft papers in 2021 and 2023.

A study, carried out by Icaro Lab, claimed that poetry can be used to trick AI chatbots into leaking dangerous information, like how to create a nuclear bomb or a cyber threat. "Poetic framing achieved an average jailbreak success rate of 62% for hand-crafted poems and approximately 43% for meta-prompt conversions," researchers told WIRED. US-bound flight dropped from 35,000 ft to 10,000 ft in Oct, exposing glitch in Airbus planes

Airbus' decision to recall 6,000 jets of its A320 fleet is believed to have been triggered by an incident on October 30, when a New Jersey-bound JetBlue plane suddenly dropped from 35,000 feet to 10,000 feet. The flight was eventually diverted to Tampa, Florida, and about 15-20 passengers were injured. Pilots had reported a "flight control issue" after the incident.

Software update completed for over 50% of affected Airbus jets in India: DGCA

The DGCA has confirmed that more than 50% of the 338 Airbus A320 aircraft in India affected by the software issue have received the necessary update. Airbus issued an immediate recall of 6,000 A320 planes globally on Friday. In an update, IndiGo said it has completed the safety update on 160 out of 200 affected aircraft.
