The report on ₹300-crore Pune land deal linked to firm co-owned by Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar's son, Parth, has indicted three individuals. It, however, doesn't name Parth as he's absent from all transaction documents. The firm has been ordered to pay ₹42 crore stamp duty as it was found that government land was sold illegally with stamp duty waiver.

A toilet made of 18 carat gold has sold for $12.1 million (over ₹107 crore) at an auction in New York. The toilet called "America" was made by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan using about 223 pounds of gold. Cattelan is also the artist behind a duct-taped banana that sold for $6.2 million last year.

Al Falah University earned ₹415 cr from student fees by showing fake accreditation

Al Falah University, where terror-accused doctors worked, earned ₹415 crore by showing false accreditation and recognition claims, ED investigation has revealed. It showed that the university collected full fees from students while operating without accreditation and showed its income as donations between 2014 and 2016. Its income rose sharply from ₹24 crore in 2018-19 to ₹80 crore in 2024-25.
