NIA arrests banned PFI's Bihar Prez in 2022 terror conspiracy case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested the Bihar state president of the banned Popular Front of India (PFI) in the 2022 Phulwarisharif criminal conspiracy case. Mahboob Alam was arrested in Bihar's Kishanganj and was found to be a part of PFI conspiracy seeking to establish rule of Islam in India, as stated in a seized document in 2022, NIA said.
