The Maharashtra government on Friday issued a notification renaming Ahmednagar railway station to Ahilyanagar railway station, following approval from the Union Home Ministry. The state government had earlier renamed the Ahmednagar district as Ahilyanagar district. SEBI allows large firms to launch IPOs with smaller issue size
Market regulator SEBI approved plan to simplify large companies' fundraising with minimum of 2.5% of their IPO's paid-up share capital from current 5%.
