16 billion login credentials leaked in one of world's largest data breaches

Cybernews security researchers have reported discovering one of the largest data breaches in history, with 30 exposed datasets containing 16 billion login credentials, including passwords. The report said the credentials include those of Apple, Facebook, Google, Telegram, GitHub, and various government services. "This is not just a leak, it’s a blueprint for mass exploitation," Cybernews said.

Delhi Police misidentify journalist as suspect in case, apologise

Delhi Police have apologised for wrongly identifying a Noida-based journalist, Rahul Shah, as a suspect in a criminal case. "The team was tracking the location of the accused [also named] Rahul through his mobile phone," a police officer stated.
