Active COVID-19 cases cross 6,100 mark, 6 deaths reported in last 24 hrs

The number of active COVID-19 cases across India has risen to 6,133, as per government data released on June 8. At least 22 companies, with a net standalone loss in FY25, have declared dividend payouts, Moneycontrol reported. EID Parry announced a 900% dividend, equalling β‚Ή9/share on β‚Ή1 face value, while Edelweiss Financial proposed a 150% dividend, or β‚Ή1.50/share.
