🍗 Ayam Mentega
Bahan:
• 500 gr ayam (paha/dada, potong-potong)
• 3 siung bawang putih (cincang)
• 1/2 bawang bombay (iris tipis)
• 2 sdm mentega
• 3 sdm kecap manis
• 1 sdm saus tiram
• 1 sdm saus tomat
• 1 sdt kecap asin
• 1/2 sdt lada
• 1 sdt gula (opsional kalau kamu manisnya kurang)
• Sedikit air
• Garam secukupnya
• Minyak buat goreng
Cara bikin:
1. Goreng ayam dulu sampai setengah matang atau agak kering.
2. Panasin wajan, masukin mentega. Tumis bawang putih dan bombay sampai harum.
3. Masukin ayam tadi.
4. Tambahin kecap manis, saus tiram, saus tomat, kecap asin, lada, gula.
5. Tuang sedikit air biar ada kuahnya tipis-tipis.
6. Masak sampai saus mengental dan ayam matang sempurna.
Selesai.
