### 📌 Resep Nasi Uduk Gurih Wangi

Bahan-bahan:

* 2 gelas beras (cuci bersih)
* 400 ml santan cair (dari ½ butir kelapa)
* 2 lembar daun salam
* 2 batang serai (geprek)
* 2 lembar daun pandan (ikat simpul)
* 1 sdt garam
* ½ sdt gula pasir

Pelengkap (opsional, biar makin mantap):

* Bawang goreng
* Sambal kacang atau sambal terasi
* Telur dadar / telur rebus
* Ayam goreng / tempe / tahu
* Emping atau kerupuk

Cara Membuat:

1. Masak santan:
Masukkan santan, daun salam, serai, daun pandan, garam, dan gula ke dalam panci. Masak sambil diaduk perlahan sampai mendidih agar santan tidak pecah.

2. Masukkan beras:
Masukkan beras yang sudah dicuci, aduk rata, lalu masak seperti menanak nasi biasa sampai santannya terserap.

3. Kukus ulang:
Pindahkan beras setengah matang ke dalam kukusan. Kukus ±25–30 menit sampai nasi matang pulen dan wangi.

4. Sajikan:
Angkat, taburi bawang goreng, lalu hidangkan hangat dengan lauk pelengkap.
