📊Paper Analysis
👉Paper was very lengthy
👉Some questions required out of box thinking - ex 1, 2, 5, 6, 11, 14
👉Some questions had tricky language but were not hard if understood well. Example 3, 7, 12, 15
👉Only 2 questions were factual based and required only facts to answer- 8,9
👉Other required critical thinking on topics and subjects..
🤔How to prepare for these types of papers??
👉Prelims is the foundation.. you need to have strong base
👉You need to prepare points for every topics and have 360 analysis.. no need to prepare each and every facts.. only prepare notes and 3-4 facts for every points for examples
👉Link every subjects not in compartments.. History with culture, Geography, Economy etc.
👉Try to write answers in crisp, to-the-point and bullet point in GS papers.. no story writing please
🚨Most importantly - 3 things to sucess in mains.. practice, Practice and Practice

👉Once again GPSC goes to unconventional questions..
👉Could write at least something in all the questions
👉Most questions were not difficult but tricky in languages..
Ex. Gujarati Diaspora question required How Gujaratis link cultures of native place and place where they migrate..
Q 10 was impact of globalisation in values system and lifestyle- Gujarat context
👉Indian society had no out of the box questions but required basic understanding- Example Q14.
👉Social Justice had also Common questions like 5 and 8
👉Some questions were on civic sense - 12 and 13
👉Pub Ad and polity questions were moderate .. only tricky in language
👉Paper was very lengthy.. Require enough writing practice to complete this paper

👉Completely Generalist approach..
👉Many questions were on civic sense..
👉Current affairs was mostly based on foreign affairs and specially USA.. US tariffs, De-dolarisation, BRICS
👉Some S&T questions were philosophical. ex Q-11.
👉Cooperative movement question was very complicated. Difficult to understand demand
👉Disaster Management Question was also very complicated
👉Paper was very lengthy..

👉Questions were easy to moderate..
👉4 out of 5 questions were on importance values..
👉One question was very odd and interview type - Q12 - How do you rate your fitness for Public service??
👉Case studies were very unconventional
👉Some were very odd case studies.. Ex Q-4 which asked results.. because here you are asked outcome chart...
👉Same is true for question 7.
👉This makes paper very subjective
