I’m posting this on next-door, neighbor, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
“Hello my friends, my timing has been off, but the information was generally accurate.
The vaccines have proven to be toxic.
The dollar is in process of collapsing
The USA is currently in conflict in 22+ countries and very soon maybe? ...the war could escalate.
I am connected with many who are in the intelligence community with varying opinions, and "reasons" however, all of them agree on one thing… It's going to get worse, for most, before it gets better.
I am writing you this message in hopes that you are not part of the "most".
So I want to plant the seed…
It's time to come together with our family, friends and community and create local self-reliant, decentralized, supply chains. The centralized system will be a casualty of the war! For us here in Florida, security and food will be the most important challenges to overcome, and we can overcome them.
In Minnesota, heating would be included in the challenges. What are the challenges in your area and how do you overcome them?
And for those who ignore, ridicule, or violently opposed this message... I will be here with a sweet potato vine for you when you are ready 🙂
🙏🏼💪🏼❤️
PS. If you’d like more information, please let us know in the comments below.”

Celebrating the Summer Solstice: Insights from Native American Traditions 🌞🍃
Today marks the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a time of celebration for many cultures around the world, including various Native American tribes. For these communities, the solstice is not just about the sun; it's a sacred time to honor the Earth's fertility, the life-giving sun, and the renewal of energy.
Native American tribes such as the Sioux hold Sun Dances during this period, which are seen as times of renewal for the earth and its people. These ceremonies involve singing, drumming, and dancing, reflecting deep gratitude to the sun's power to regenerate life.
The Summer Solstice is also a time for setting intentions. It's a moment to reflect on personal growth and to set goals for the coming months. Tribes consider this time ideal for cleansing both the body and the spirit, preparing for the second half of the year with clarity and purpose.
As we embrace the warmth of the summer sun, let's take a moment to connect with nature, reflect on our personal journeys, and set intentions that honor the traditions of those who have celebrated this day for centuries before us.
🌿 How do you plan to celebrate the Summer Solstice? Share your traditions or new ways you’re acknowledging this significant time of year!
