Calling all mushroom enthusiasts! We will be hosting a Mushroom Camp at the end of the month at our magical woodland in Parish, NY. If the dates listed don't work for you, send a message: we have some flexibility and can make arrangements for alternate dates especially for work trades. We have HUGE projects going on here with regenerative forestry, silvoculture, and planting food forests.

We depend on mother nature!

I wish everyone could grow their own food without any chemical. In this way, every child would eat the same way like them! 😍

Joel is a legend

Today’s harvest in my little balcony garden! 😍

Let's reduce waste together!

1) Place half an onion at the bottom of a reusable container, cut side down.

2) Place the halved avocado skin side touching the onion, as seen in the picture

3) This prevents the halved avocado from turning brown for 5 days up to a whole week!
