"Buoyancy of a tax" refers to how tax revenues respond to changes in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or national income.

If India's GDP grows by 10% and income tax revenue rises by 15% without any change in tax rates, it shows high tax buoyancy.

This means the Government is efficiently capturing more income as the economy expands.

2021 (Diagnosed with Severe Covid Complications )

Devanand Telgote was supposed to be interviewed for UPSC CSE 2020 at Delhi but his condition wasn’t fit. A case was presented to UPSC for delaying Interview or conducting it in virtual. Official took meeting and UPSC agreed for virtual Interview. Medical exam was taken in Hyderabad in cooperation with chief Secretary Hyd. But doctors team found him unfit for the virtual Interview as he was unwell and not sound in health and wasn't able to speak.

2025 : IFoS Selection

A fighter shows the will of iron. Back in 2020 , Devanand Telgote , who qualified CSE mains but couldn't appear for personality test because of severe Covid complications. Aspirant community rose to the occassion and helped raise funds for his treatment and he fought to gain back his life. He didn't stop, he didn't complain and he has qualified Indian Forest Service Examination 2024 with AIR 112.
