કેન્દ્રીય અને રાજ્ય સરકાર સુશાસનને લઈને સોશિયલ મેડિયાનો વ્યાપ વધારી રહી છે. તાજેતરમાં જ ગુજરાત સરકારે ગુજરાતના સોશિયલ મીડિયા ઇન્ફ્લુએન્સરનું ધોરડો ખાતે સન્માન કરેલું અને ગુજરાત ટુરિઝમને પ્રમોટ કરવા માટે સરકારે ગુજરાતના સોશિયલ મીડિયા ઇન્ફ્લુએન્સરને કામ કરવા પણ સૂચવેલું.
