જવાબ:
સ્ટેટ પીસીએસના અધ્યક્ષને શપથ રાજ્યપાલ અથવા રાજ્યપાલ દ્વારા નિયુક્ત વ્યક્તિ દ્વારા શપથ લેવડાવવામાં આવશે. (અનુચ્છેદ 316)
સામાન્ય રીતે UPSC / GPSCમાં અઘ્યક્ષના શપથ માટે રાષ્ટ્રપતિ/રાજ્યપાલ UPSC / GPSC વરિષ્ઠ સભ્યને શપથ માટે નિયુક્ત કરે છે.
