🖊 સામ પિત્રોડા એ Inheritance Tax લાગુ કરવાની ભલામણ કરી હતી જે ઘણા વિવાદનું કારણ બન્યું હતું.
✒️ Inheritance Tax એટલે વારસામાં મળેલ સંપતિ પર One Time ટેક્સ.}
✒️ અથવા તો સંપતિથી ઉત્પન થતી આવક પર લાગતો ટેક્સ
✒️ સંપતિનું સામાજિક સ્તરે પુનર્વહેંચણીનું એક સાધન માનવામાં આવે છે.
✒️ ભારતમાં વર્ષ 1953માં આ ટેક્સ લાગુ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો પરંતુ વર્ષ 1985માં આ ટેક્સને નાબૂદ કરવામાં આવ્યો.(રાજીવ ગાંધી સરકાર)
✒️ અત્રે યાદ રાખવું કે Wealth Tax(2015) અને Gift Tax(1998)ને પણ નાબૂદ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.
