જો ખરા અર્થમાં સત્તા દળ કે બિન-સત્તા દળનો ભેદ રાખ્યા વગર આપણી એજન્સીઓ કામ કરે અને આ રીતે રાજકીય વર્ગ પર વૉચ રાખે તો એ દિવસ દૂર નહીં હોય કે ભારતમાથી કરપ્શનના કેસો ના બરાબર હશે !
સત્તા હોવી અને એનો ઉપયોગ કઈ રીતે કરવો તેનું બહુ મોટું ઉદાહરણ T.N.Sheshan છે.
