The afternoon sun felt warm but not too hot as we strolled together along the bustling streets, taking it easy and chatting about trivial things as we went. We stopped at a cozy eatery we found on a street corner, mainly because the aroma wafting from inside was simply irresistible.

Stahlbaum’s Keonho immediately ordered a big burger, looking very happy, while Cherrilane’s Karina chose churros coated in cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce. We ended up stealing bites from each other’s food, laughing every time one of us complained that the other had taken a bigger piece.

After eating, we kept wandering aimlessly, just enjoying the day and the bustling little shops around us. Before heading home, we spotted an ice cream stand and decided we absolutely needed dessert even though we were already full.

We stood there enjoying our ice cream under the bright afternoon sky, joking around and savoring one of those simple days that somehow ended up becoming one of our fondest memories.
