It started with Kheraeld's Lia casually mentioning that she wanted a fancy dinner. No special occasion, no real reason, just a sudden thought that sounded good in the moment. Of course, she added one small condition: Calsearth's Leehan would be the one paying. She said it so naturally that it almost sounded fair. Almost.

Calsearth's Leehan already knew better than to question it too much. With Kheraeld's Lia, plans rarely made sense anyway. Somehow they always began with a random idea and ended with the two of them sitting somewhere nicer than expected.

So the night unfolded with warm lights above the table, food that looked almost too pretty to touch at first, and an easy conversation that filled the time without either of them noticing. In the end, it wasn't really about the fancy dinner Kheraeld's Lia had insisted on. It was just another ordinary night that somehow turned memorable, the kind that begins with a mischievous idea and ends with two friends laughing over a meal one of them definitely didn't plan to pay for.

Leehan's Calsearth, Leehan's Diaz, and Leehan's Nethers decided to cook dinner together that night. The plan sounded simple, make something small and enjoy the night.

Leehan's Nethers started with the eggs, confidently saying it was the easiest part. A few seconds later one slipped from his hand and cracked dramatically on the floor. He insisted it was just an accident.. but then another egg followed.

Meanwhile Leehan's Diaz took over the stove, trying to save the situation. The heat went a little too high and the pan started sizzling aggressively, looking like it might turn into a tiny fire show.

Leehan's Calsearth stood nearby giving very serious chef commentary like "maybe flip it now" while not actually touching anything.

After a moment we all looked around. Eggs on the floor, a pan that looked slightly dangerous, and still no food.

So we made the only logical decision: abandon the kitchen and go eat outside instead.
