1. Download the version you want to install from the link above
2. After download extract the files using Winrar or other rar apps
3. Open the extracted folder
4. Run the file install.cmd/install.bat
5. If you see the User Account Control prompt that says,
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?,
click Yes.
6. Wait for install to finish, do not close the cmd or installer, it will automatically close once finished installing
