• Batas pengiriman maksimal 10 kg.
• Pengiriman dapat berupa perlengkapan bayi (makanan dan popok bayi) dan menyusui, obat-obatan, sembako, peralatan mandi, pakaian layak pakai, alas tidur dan selimut.
• Tidak berlaku untuk jenis kiriman makanan basah, mudah busuk dan cairan.
