THE DUO YOU NEVER KNEW YOU NEEDED. This is us, Scalden's Shinyu and Romanovna's Hiyyih, popping out after a while like nothing's changed (ofc we're still friends). Today's agenda: catching up with life, hunting cute twin items for our collection, trying that adorable photobooth that's been all over the FYP, and getting something sweet. We actually like setting days like this... just to check in on each other and keep up with everything going on in our lives. You should try this with your friend too! 🙌🏻

Besties so hard… suddenly you're enjoying new hobbies. Now Scalden's Shinyu is out here slaying this dance after Romanovna's Hiyyih forced the memorizing… kinda ate it up ngl! So now, whose dance is better? :3

It started way less dramatic than it sounded—just a random “lagi gabut gak?” text from Scalden’s Isa in the middle of a lazy afternoon, and somehow Cathect’s Jaehyuk said yes instantly. No plan, no details—just “gas.”

They met under the too-bright sun, Isa already walking like she knew where to go, pretending they actually had a plan. Jaehyuk showed up empty-handed, as expected. “Mau ngapain kita?” he asked, squinting a little. Isa tilted her head, already walking. “Piknik aja yuk.” Jaehyuk looked at Isa with his questionable face, “Piknik tapi belum ada apa-apa?” Isa laughed “Hehe, iya kan bisa dicari sambil jalan”

So they wandered—distracted almost immediately. Tiny roadside shops, random minimarkets and those little stores that sell unnecessarily cute stuff. “Lucu banget ini,” Isa said, holding up a random keychain she definitely didn’t need. Jaehyuk looked at it, unimpressed. “Itu buat apa?” “Lucu.” Isa said with no hesitation. “…yaudah ambil.” He ended picking up something too, even though he claimed he wasn’t interested five minutes earlier. “Ini buat apa?” Isa asked. “Gatau, lucu juga.”

They kept going like that—buying snacks they didn’t plan to buy, stopping at places that weren’t on any list (well, they didn’t have any list from the start)

By the time they reached the park, their tote bag was half full of things they didn’t plan to buy, don’t forget with a cup of coffee. They sat on the grass, no setup, just vibes. “Ini piknik paling santai sih,” Jaehyuk said. They ate, talked about random things, and sat in comfortable silence.

It wasn’t anything special—just a slow afternoon, a random picnic, and two people figuring out that sometimes, that’s already enough.
