Pasal 359 KUHP sudah jelas, bahwa setiap kelalaian yang menyebabkan kematian harus dipertanggungjawabkan di hadapan hukum, tanpa memandang seragam atau jabatan. Keadilan sejati menuntut hukuman yang setimpal, bukan sekadar basa-basi. Jika preseden buruk ini terus dibiarkan, maka pertanyaan krusial pun muncul: APAKAH HUKUM DI NEGERI INI MASIH BERPIHAK PADA RAKYAT, ATAU HANYA MENJADI ALAT KEKUASAAN?

Sudah saatnya kita membuka mata dan menyadari bahwa tragedi ini bukan urusan orang lain. Kisah pilu ini, dengan segala kebrutalan oknum yang merenggut nyawa, harus diketahui oleh setiap insan yang masih punya nurani. Untuk mereka yang masih menutup telinga, mungkin pantas untuk merenung.
