The eventide began with a very respectable plan—a calm stroll through the streets. At least that was the idea proposed by the lads. “Did we come out here to walk,” Klein’s Papa muttered to Cherrilaneʼs Yayah, “Or to supervise everyone?” Siegern’s Papi chuckled. “At this point I believe we are merely witnesses, man.” Few steps away, Nethers’s Abuy, Halton’s Uncle, and Solmare’s Ayah had already stopped at a snack stall. “Just one,” he promised. Halton’s Uncle sighed. “You said that two stalls ago.” Meanwhile Jacks’s Mingi, Duvallʼs Uncle and Jacks’s Sanghyun were debating street food like it was a life decision. Meanwhile, Steinwaldsʼs Ayah just burst out laugh seeing them.

Down the sidewalk, Jacks’s Yeonjun, Stahlbaumʼs Ayah, and Jacks’s Ryul had somehow turned the street into a runway. “Is he okay...? LOL.” Stahlʼs Ayah stated. And nearby Jacks’s Piastri and Gritner’s Yeonjun watched the whole scene. Just a group of fathers, uncles, and lads wandering streets together─half dignified, owning the moment.

MCR is nothing short of legendary. They’re my absolute favorite rock band, and I probably listen to them daily. There’s just something about their energy and lyrics that keeps me inspired whenever I’m writing music. I’ve actually just put out a cover of “𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚” as a tribute to them. Seeing them live is definitely on my bucket list, and I’m just counting down the days until that happens.

a day that started with no expectations but somehow turned into one we won’t forget, halton’s minju and diaz’s minju completely absorbed in watching the pandas like the world around them disappeared, while delmeist’s minju took her time strolling along a different path, pausing here and there just to take everything in at her own pace. meanwhile scalden’s minju and letheris’s minju getting stuck watching the flamingos for way too long, and liesbon’s minju laughing nonstop at the alpacas as etherhail’s minju captures every little moment, with cathect’s minju trying to keep us all together through the chaos; and after all that wandering, we end up at brunch feeling tired but happy, sharing food, random laughs, and those small moments that feel so much bigger when we’re together! ♡
