We don’t have to know all the answers or fix what’s beyond our reach. But choosing not to look away matters. Choosing to listen, to learn, and to share what we can matters.
Even the quietest acts of awareness create ripples.
A moment of empathy.
A willingness to understand.
A choice to hold space for those who are hurting.
Let’s help in ways that are true to who we are,
gentle on ourselves, sincere in our intentions,
and steady in the small good we can offer.
Our hearts are open.
And that, too, is a form of care. 🤍
