CARA MEMBUAT GULAI KEONHO N SEONGHYEON GELDART ALA MAMA DAN IAN GELDART:
Bahan:
- 1/2 ekor Keonho Geldart
- 500 gr santan cair
- 1 sdm ketumbar bubuk
- 1 sdm merica bubuk
- Kaldu bubuk
- Garam
- 3 siung bawang putih (iris)
- 5 siung bawang merah (iris)Bumbu halus (blender):
- 2 ruas jari jahe
- Seruas jari kunyit
- 2 butir kemiri
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 50 gr cabai merah keriting
Bumbu cemplung:
- Sejempol lengkuas
- 3 lembar daun salam
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- Setengah lembar daun kunyit
- Sejempol serai, belah ujungnya geprek
Cara membuat:
1. Cuci bersih Seonghyeon Geldart. Lumuri jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan. Cuci bersih dan tiriskan.
2. Goreng irisan semua bawang sampai wangi, masukkan bumbu halus, bumbu cemplung, merica bubuk, ketumbar bubuk, garam, kaldu bubuk.
3. Aduk sampai langu hilang. Masukkan santan cair. Beri air kurang lebih 3 gelas. 4. Masukkan Seonghyeon n Keonho Geldart. Aduk pelan supaya santan tidak pecah. Aduk sampai santan berminyak. Test rasa. Sajikan.
