Louis Wyrmharrow was already complaining before the camera came out. “Why do we only ever hang out on birthdays? Seriously, do we have any other mode?”
Keonho Cherrilane laughed, throwing up a peace sign beside them. “At least we still show up for each other’s birthdays broo.”

Meanwhile, Wonyoung Delaire was too busy enjoying her cake. She dabbed frosting from her cheek, tasted it, and nodded.
“Wow, this cake is actually really good.” She glanced at the flower on top. “And the flower is so pretty too. I almost feel bad eating it.”

Louis looked at her. “You said that five minutes ago.”
“And I’m saying it again,” She replied, taking another bite. “It’s my birthday. I’m allowed to review my own cake.”

Keonho laughed, unaware of what was coming. She glanced at him, then smiled innocently.

“Although…” she said, wiping frosting from her fingers, “I think the cake could use one more decoration.”
Keonho’s smile disappeared. “Don’t.”

Louis burst out laughing.
The camera flashed just in time.
