So last night, Scarvaine's Julie, who's a pretty big deal in the indie scene, took a breather from her crazy schedule to catch her super talented mate, Dustborne's Jay, headlining his band's highly anticipated show. The second the lights went down, the vibe in that packed place was absolutely wild with hype. The whole night was straight-up fire; Dustborne’s Jay on stage was a totally CRAZYY. Jay blew everyone's mind and owned the whole set. His guitar performance was totally insane and sosososooo crazy, like he was breaking the sound barrier or something, and the crowd was left gasping. His heavy riffs and wicked solos were basically the soundtrack of the night.
In the middle of all the cheering and the sick beats, Julie was right up front, singing her heart out to every single word. She was 100% zoned in on the music's energy, just hyping up her friend's massive talent. When the final cymbal crashed down and the show wrapped, the house lights came up. Julie and a stoked Jay eventually fought their way through the post-gig madness to link up, grabbing a much-needed, chill late-night bite to wind down and talk trash about the epic night.
