Took a little break from my usual routine today and ended up spending the afternoon at the ballpark. The weather was nice, the view was even better, and somehow everything felt a little slower than usual. I guess some days don't need to be extraordinary to become memorable. ⚾️☀️

Today, Scarvaine’s Jungwon and Merfyn’s Minju decided to spend the rest of the day by the beach, letting the sound of the waves set the pace. While Scarvaine’s Jungwon absentmindedly drew random shapes in the sand with his finger, Merfyn’s Minju watched with a puzzled look before laughing. “What is that supposed to be?” she asked. “Art,” Scarvaine’s Jungwon answered confidently. “That looks nothing like art.” “You just don't have the vision,” he replied, making her laugh even harder.

After getting bored with the sand, they spread out a picnic mat and pulled out a deck of UNO cards. “Don't complain if you lose,” Merfyn’s Minju said as she dealt the cards. “You're talking like you've already won,” Scarvaine’s Jungwon teased back. A few rounds later, Merfyn’s Minju dropped a Draw Four with a grin, only for Scarvaine’s Jungwon to groan, “You planned this from the start, didn't you?” She simply shrugged and smiled. Between the sea breeze, endless teasing, and one UNO game after another, the afternoon slipped by without either of them realizing how quickly the sun had begun to set.
