1. Choose a meditation place that is quite calm and safe.
2. Focus your attention on your breathing for about 15 to 20 minutes.
3. When taking a breath, accompany it with words like hope, love, or peace.
4. Don't forget to suggest positive thoughts to calm your mind.
📝 The way to perform the diaphragmatic breathing technique is as follows:
1. Sitting in a leaning position
Put one hand on your stomach and one hand on your chest.
2. Breathe in through your nose for 2 seconds, feel how the air moves to fill your stomach.
3. Feel your stomach getting fuller with air (oxygen).
4. Exhale slowly through slightly parted lips for 2 seconds. Feel how your stomach deflates.
5. Repeat this method at least 10 times. Each time you breathe, relax your shoulders and keep your sitting position upright.
