thank you for being my number one audience. i really struggled with a lot of things when i was in the studio with amy omer dylan and carter writing this one. to this day, i still occasionally find myself feeling the same way i felt that day. and i assume it’ll always come back to me from time to time. but the day i wrote this, i think i almost befriended all those emotions. i walked out with a song that really felt close to my heart. they were emotions i wanted to neglect, but when i accepted it all as a natural way my brain works, i think it eventually turned into a gift (this song) and healed me all together. i hope this song has come as a gift to you all, as it did to me. thank you for the 100M views. i hope all you number one girls and boys are feeling very Number One today.
