The long-awaited results will slowly appear, like the sun breaking through the fog. I just need to work on it more often, more diligently. So let's do 21 moves per minute! μ΅κ³ μ κ²°κ³Όλ₯Ό 보μ¬λ리기 μν΄ μ°μ΅νκ² μ΅λλ€, because the reality of pilates is taking shape-little by little, like the rain patiently carving the ground. I sang Lee Changsub sunbae-nim's κ½μ΄ λμ΄μ€κ². the melody that flowed in harmony with the drone I heard seemed to vibrate my veins. not just with technique, but with sincerity that spread slowly and steadily. Every note that was sung seemed to grow into petal after petal, spreading the beauty that was unspoken, but felt. this song brought me into the intricacies of the depths of my heart, transforming into a part of the blossoming flower itself. as if these bodies were linked, melodious with shade is the description of Lee Changsung sunbae-nim's song, soft, loyal, and soothing my feelings drifted away when singing it.
