Telegram's previous update revolutionized emoji, adding an open platform for creating custom animated emoji. This update gives you even more ways to use these new emoji to express how you're feeling – with infinite reactions and emoji statuses.
Hi everyone, a few days ago we encountered some issues with our domain – owlgram.org – and many of you may have noticed that all strings in OwlGram are no more translated, the update checker doesn't work, and the website is offline.
Therefore, Google removed OwlGram from the Play Store because the web page with our Privacy Policy wasn't reachable. Yesterday we sent owl.tappo03.it/terms as a temporary Privacy Policy, but they rejected it, and we have to write a new one more detailed.
We're working hard to bring everything back. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it didn't depend on us.

Update, 09/11: All problems with the domain have been solved, also, OwlGram is back on Play Store.

This is unfortunately a Telegram server-side issue, which is present on all third-party apps due to recent changes, and unfortunately, we cannot help you in any way.
