Can anyone guess what we’ve been doing all afternoon? We’ve been trying to find something to eat with Merfyn’s Junseo (me), who wouldn’t stop craving mie ayam, while Houndric’s Junseo kept insisting bubur ayam was the better option. Meanwhile Noirveth’s Junseo was just there saying “it’s still chicken anyway” like that somehow solved the entire argument. By the end of it, our friendship was genuinely depending on one bowl of bubur ayam and whether it should be stirred or not. So tell us, Meffies… are you mixing your bubur or not?👀

Forwarded from House Of Steinwalds: The Road That Leads to Home.
Saturday night, Steinwalds’ Rei, Myldemoor’s Minji, and Merfyn’s Minju somehow find their way back to the same table, the same warm lights, and the same bowls of ramen.
Steinwalds’ Rei stirs her noodles with quiet concentration, Myldemoor’s Minji waits with a seat saved for her girls, and Merfyn’s Minju arrives with bright eyes and a smile that never fails to soften the evening. Between shared bites, stolen glances, and laughter that lingers longer than the meal itself, the restaurant slowly becomes theirs.
Maybe that's why they keep coming back. Not because of the ramen, but because there's something comforting about ending the week together—just the three of them, sharing a table that feels a little like home.
