Our support group for @GojoAssistantBot was banned by Telegram for alleged abuse. The reason they provided is:
"Please note that our moderators had to block the following messages in your channel @gojoSupportChat because they violated the Telegram Terms of Service (telegram.org/tos):
https://t.me/c/2306581306/1851"
Not only did they block the message, but they also restricted the entire chat, and now we canโt use it anymore.
Honestly, Iโve been swamped with work, and by the time I noticedโafter some users privately messaged me about the issueโTelegram support had already taken action.
Imagine this: some random person joins your group, spams inappropriate content like p*rn, and when you wake up, your entire group is banned. Thatโs how I see it from my perspective.
The user who sent the offending content to our group, with the ID /user 8052588604, hasnโt even been banned yet. What a mess. Anyway, Iโve got other groups for @GojoAssistantBotโtons of themโso no need to worry too much.
What really concerns me is that I can't allow stickers/media to our Telegram groups.
Iโve reached out to stopCA@telegram.org and a Telegram volunteer, but I donโt have much confidence that theyโll unban the group. It feels like they just ban usernames and sell them on Fragment or something.
From now on support group for @GojoAssistantBot is switching to
t.me/xForceSupport

Maybe the reason is that before getting the file the bot request user to join our 'NandhaBots' channel to get file. like this image.
So it seems that our autofilter only benefits us only.
Therefore users must join your and Bot channel to receive the file.
