Bachelor Degree Min.Diploma (all Faculty)
Fresh graduated or Experiences min 1 year as Marketing Staff
Good Interpersonnal & Communication Skill
Fluent in English both oral and written
Able to work in team and under preasure
Able to operate computer (Must : Excell,Ms Word,Making Presentation Power Point)

Posisi : IMPORT STAFF
TOKO MESIN MAKSINDO, PT

(Placement : Cilincing-Cakung )

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Memeriksa dokumen-dokumen import, shipping instruction, B/L, Invoice Packing list, packing list, PIB, L/C, CO, dan lain-lain
Mengontrol dan mengawasi dokumen import
Melakukan penanganan proses Letter of Credit (L/C)
Menjalin korespondensi dan berkomunikasi dengan Supplier sehubungan dengan proses Import
Berkoordinasi dengan bagian terkait dalam pengadaan stock barang
Mempersiapkan laporan Import untuk Manajemen

Syarat / Kualifikasi:

Usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 (dua) tahun sebagai Import Officer
Memiliki pengetahuan dalam menangani proses import beserta dokumentasinya (B/L, L/C, PIB dll)
Memahami proses Import Custom Clearance, commodity inspection process, serta peraturan yang berlaku
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer microsoft office dan internet
Jujur, komitmen, komunikatif
Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan target
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan
Lebih diutamakan bisa berbahasa Mandarin
Siap ditempatkan di Jalan raya Cakung Cilincing (Cacing) - Jakarta Timur
