The Pink Hour continues under the gracious hosting of the Grand Duchess’ sister, with Shajra Leutwin and Meirhart’s Nahyun joining as honoured guests, while Jinan Romanovna, Kayya Romanovna, and Bridgia Romanovna represent the gracious hosts. Today, Shajra Leutwin and Meirhärt’s Nahyun randomly decided that we should bake some soft chocochip cookies together, mostly because we were bored and somehow ended up craving something sweet and happy to share it.

We started by getting all the ingredients ready, then immediately made a mess of the kitchen trying to melt the butter and mix everything together. Shajra Leutwin kept adding more chocolate chips whenever she thought the dough needed “a little more,” while Meirhärt's Nahyun was just standing there questioning how many cookies we were actually planning to make. We shaped the dough into little balls and put them in the oven, then spent the next few minutes talking about random things while waiting for them to bake. They came out all warm and soft, and obviously we had to try one right away. It wasn’t anything too special, just the three of us making cookies and making a mess together, but it was honestly such a fun little baking session. And since we ended up loving the cookies, we thought we’d share the recipe with you too, so here’s how we made our soft chocochip cookies. And with that, our little baking session comes to a sweet close.
