Forwarded from Dewmourne: Veil of Forgotten Wings
Last night, under the quiet expanse of the midnight sky, Hanbin’s Dewmourne invited Hao’s Sönnaille to go! Headed up to the peaceful highlands to spend a truly unforgettable date observing the Aurigid meteor shower. Armed with our telescope, jacket, and hot ramen extra rice cakes, we set up camp high above the city lights, waiting eagerly as the clock ticked past 1:30 AM when the radiant point in the Auriga constellation rose high enough into the eastern horizon. The chilly mountain air didn’t bother us at all because we were having so much fun simply enjoying each other’s warmth, sharing deep late-night conversations, and marveling at every bright streak of light that cut across the pitch-black sky. Tracing the meteors together, taking turns looking through the lens, and laughing under a ceiling of stars made time feel completely weightless, transforming a simple astronomical phenomenon into a romantic memory we’ll both cherish forever.

Guess what day it is? It's Sunday and Sunday means farmer’s market day! I’m headed out to stroll around and bought some groceries for the next week. In the end I brought home some fresh produce and pick up whatever’s seasonal.

Candid moments from an autumn afternoon: striped sleeves, a worn baseball cap, old European facades, sunlit trees, quiet parks, and the simple pleasure of having nowhere else to be. ☘️🤎
