Appreciate realistic outcomes here, not what the God trader that lives in your head thinks they would have done.
When we miss a trade, we always think 🔤I would have caught this!🔤 - traders are designed to live in an ever-punishing psychological loop about what they should have done with a trade and nothing ever lives up to the expectations we set in our heads.

🤔I always like to pose the question 🔤what % of the move do you realistically think you could have caught❓

Some alts 2x'd but in reality where would you have closed that out❓

The reality of holding positions and seeing PnL is a lot different to the mental image of the easy hold.
Psychology is overwhelming at this time. Everyone seems to be winning, everyone was a buyer, everyone sharing huge % PnLs

Bought 30% later but held 100% longer.

We tend to think in extremes. "Market rallied, it's the bottom" "If I haven't bought yet the market will never give me a chance."


👍You can buy a lot later but hold for longer and exit at a better spot.

Don't let the hugely inflated psychology of Twitter🐦 get to you, don't let others success dampen what you have achieved or what you will go on to achieve.

⭐Congratulate those who have been successful, learn from them, but don't compare your $ results to theirs.❌
