This afternoon after work, I, Sörguine’s Shunxi, ended up going to the gym with my little niece, Sörguine’s Chaoyue. Totally unplanned, just one of those "should we go?" "yeah, okay" moments that somehow turn into a whole thing.

We took a mirror pic first, obviously. Then straight to weights. She was already focused, meanwhile I was still adjusting plates like, "wait, why is this heavier than last time?" She just looked at me and said, "you added more weight." Fair enough. We moved between machines, took way too many "short" breaks, and kept saying "last set" even though we both knew it wasn’t. The gym was pretty chill, sweat everywhere, just that tired-but-okay kind of vibe. Finished with cardio and somehow turned "just 20 minutes" into almost an hour on the treadmill. By the time we left, our legs were done, bodies exhausted. But we walked out laughing anyway.

so that afternoon, i–sörguine’s carmen, went to the beach with my friend rocheveil’s jiyu. there wasn’t any big plan, we just wanted to go out. the sky looked nice, the wind was pretty strong, our hair was definitely messy but oh well.

then we saw some rental bikes and immediately got a random idea. i rode first. at the start it was smooth, i felt really cool, until the wheel went into deep sand and… yeah, i fell. didn’t hurt, just shocked and SUPER embarrassed.

and instead of helping first, she laughed even harder. after that we sat by the shore until night, snacking, letting the waves hit our feet, and agreeing that our spontaneous ideas always end up absurd, but veryyy fun.

What began as a simple Pop Mart date quickly turned into a joyful little adventure. Sörguine’s Johnny and Sörguine’s Yerin arrived with their niece and nephews, Sörguine’s Juhoon, Sörguine’s Anton, Sörguine’s Keonho, Sörguine’s Minje, and Sörguine’s SeoAh—instantly the shop felt brighter and louder with excitement.

The boys wasted no time and headed straight for the lego shelves and the latest Hirono collections. Boxes were picked up, compared, and proudly shown. “This one looks really cool,” one of them said. "But this set is better,” another replied. Sörguine’s Johnny chuckled softly. “Alright, take your time. Choose properly,” he said, already amused by their excitement.

Nearby, the pretty little girl found her own happiness. She paused in front of the Cry Baby Wild But Cutie figures, then gently picked one up before spotting a Zootopia doll and hugging it close. “Aunty, I really like this one,” she said quietly. Sörguine’s Yerin smiled warmly and nodded. “It suits you. It’s very cute,” she replied. Sörguine’s Johnny tried to stay firm, at least for a moment. “Are you sure about all of these?” he asked lightly. When the children nodded eagerly, he laughed and reached for a Zootopia and Cry Baby toy himself. “Looks like I’m joining you, kiddos.” he said, earning a round of happy smiles.

Sörguine’s Yerin joined in with ease, choosing Labubu, Cry Baby, and other adorable, girly collectibles, gently reminding them to hold everything carefully. The basket grew heavier, the laughter grew louder, and the excitement never faded.

In the end, Sörguine’s Johnny and Sörguine’s Yerin gave in completely, knowing there was no reason to say no to such simple joy. They left with arms full of colourful boxes and hearts full of warmth, carrying home not just toys, but a sweet family memory made of laughter, indulgence, and shared joy. 🧸🛍️
